In a collaborative effort to address the pressing issue of out-of-school children in Katsina State, stakeholders have converged to ensure the success of the innovative Radio School Program. This digital literacy initiative, supported by Community Aid Connect and the state agency for mass education, aims to reduce the number of out-of-school children through a targeted program.

A recent stakeholders’ meeting brought together facilitators, traditional leaders, education representatives, and other stakeholders to discuss implementation. Program Manager Hajiya Maryam Faruq emphasized fostering greater understanding between implementors and facilitators.
Stakeholders reaffirmed their commitment to the program’s success, pledging support and cooperation. Katsina State Agency for Mass Education’s Director of Literacy, Hajiya Rakiya Sada, assured attendees of the state government’s continued backing.
