Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Charles Soludo has congratulated the State Head Of Service, Barr. Okwy Theodora Igwegbe, on the occasion of her 58th birthday anniversary.

According to a statement signed by the Press Secretary To the Governor, Christian Aburime, Governor Soludo noted that as the head of civil service, Barr. Igwegbe has shown dedication, and commitment towards the betterment of the State Civil Service.

Governor Soludo prayed that the birthday would be a new beginning of even greater accomplishments, happiness, and fulfilment in her personal and professional life.
