ABUJA – The Nigeria Policy Group has commended Senator Abdulaziz Abubakar Yari for what it described as his unwavering commitment to national unity, inclusive governance, and the pursuit of sustainable development in Nigeria.

In a statement signed by Abba Yusuf and made available to ABUJA BUSINESS REPORTS NEWSPAPER & MAGAZINE, the group said Yari has distinguished himself as a statesman whose political philosophy is driven by the desire to build a stable, prosperous, and united nation.

According to the statement, the former governor of Zamfara State has consistently demonstrated throughout his years in public service that meaningful national development can only be achieved when leaders place the collective interest of the country above personal and sectional considerations.

The group noted that, both as governor and now as Senator representing Zamfara West Senatorial District, Yari has remained a strong advocate of peaceful coexistence, national cohesion, and governance that accommodates all segments of society.

“Senator Abdulaziz Abubakar Yari has continued to distinguish himself as a leader whose political philosophy is rooted in the unity, stability, and progress of Nigeria,” the statement read.

The Nigeria Policy Group further stated that Yari believes Nigeria’s diversity remains one of its greatest strengths and that every region, ethnic nationality, and religious group has a critical role to play in advancing the country’s development aspirations.
