Family Commends Gov. Yahaya Bello Over Appointment of Akwuh, Tasks Youths On Commitment To Their Parties

The family of Hon. Akwuh Muhammed Okpanchi, popularly known as Comrade Ajason, has described the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, as people-oriented Governor.

The family made this known in a message of appreciation to the state Governor and the Government of Kogi State for considering their son Hon. Akwuh Muhammed Okpanachi worthy to serve the state in the capacity of a senior special assistant to the Governor on public relations. Mrs. Maryam Muhammed Akwuh

Addressing newsmen in Abuja on Sunday on behalf of the family, Mrs. Maryam Muhammed Akwuh, the wife of Comrade Ajason added that Governor Bello is “a true democrat with progressive mind whose policies and programmes are people oriented,” adding that “it is only grassroot politicians like Governor Bello that can search out loyal party members for a distinguished honour such as this.”

Mrs. Akwuh also extended the family’s gratitude to “the ruling All Progress Congress (APC) for being diligent in their selection and recommendation of Hon. Akwuh Muhammed Okpanachi for the exalted office”, stressing that “youths should imbibe the character of total commitment and loyatly to their party of interest as such pays off over time.”

She also affirmed that his husband “will be more committed to the party and to the office given to him.”

Mrs. Akwuh further noted that Comrade Akwuh has not failed in any task given to him before, hence the need to rely on him for the job.

She finally encouraged “people from Kogi East to get set and vote for APC at all levels come 2023.”

She then prayed that God Almighty would “continue to protect Governor Bello And his cabinet in order to provide more dividends of democracy to the prople of the State.”
