Oborevwori Reshuffles Cabinet, Nominates New Governing Council Members for DELSU

Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Elder Sheriff Oborevwori, has approved a minor cabinet reshuffle involving the redeployment of four commissioners across key ministries in the state.

Under the reshuffle, Engr. Michael Ifeanyi Anoka has been moved from the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Renewal to the Ministry of Energy, while Hon. Sunday Tataobuzogwu has been redeployed from the Ministry of Energy to the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Renewal. Mrs. Rose Ezewu has been transferred from the Ministry of Secondary Education to the Ministry of Primary Education, while Dr. Kingsley Ashibuogwu has been reassigned from the Ministry of Primary Education to the Ministry of Secondary Education.

The redeployment, according to a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Dr. Kingsley Eze Emu, takes immediate effect.

In a related development, Governor Oborevwori has also approved the nomination of three individuals as members of the Governing Council of the Delta State University, Abraka. Those nominated are Rt. Hon. Festus Ovie Agas, Rt. Hon. Frank Enekorogha, and Charles Ajuyah, SAN.

The statement further noted that the inauguration of the newly nominated Governing Council members will be announced in due course.
