The Obidient Movement has expressed deep admiration and gratitude to its members, coordinators, and grassroots volunteers across Nigeria for organising peaceful, self-funded celebrations to mark the 64th birthday of His Excellency, Mr. Peter Obi, the former Anambra State Governor and Labour Party’s 2023 presidential candidate.

In an official press release dated July 20, 2025, jointly signed by Dr. Yunusa Tanko (National Coordinator), Nana Kazaure (Director, Strategic Communications & Media), and Morris Monye (Director of Mobilisation), the movement hailed the “unprecedented” nationwide mobilization as a strong reaffirmation of Obi’s enduring influence and the people’s commitment to a better Nigeria.
