Orlu Union in Abuja Applauds President Tinubu’s Visit to Imo, Celebrates Governor Uzodimma’s Developmental Strides

The Orlu Zonal Progressive Union, Abuja chapter, has hailed the official visit of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to Imo State, describing it as a moment of celebration for the people of the state and a validation of Governor Hope Uzodimma’s transformative leadership.
In a statement signed by its President-General, Hon. Marcel Ezenwa, the Union said it was “delighted that the President commissioned and unveiled critical infrastructure projects that include the Owerri-Mbaise-Obowo-Umuahia Road, the Assumpta Roundabout Flyover, and the iconic Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu International Conference Centre.”
According to the statement, the landmark projects are “not only testaments to visionary governance but also to the Governor’s enduring commitment to delivering impactful development that uplifts the people of Imo State.”
Speaking further, Hon. Ezenwa, who represented the Union, commended Governor Uzodimma’s style of leadership, declaring:
“Governor Hope Uzodimma has demonstrated an unwavering dedication to the progress and well-being of the people of Imo State. His achievements in infrastructure, urban renewal, and human capital development continue to speak volumes of his passion for transformative governance. We commend his remarkable strides and celebrate this new chapter of progress for our dear state.”
The Orlu Zonal Progressive Union Abuja also emphasized its gratitude to the President for identifying with the developmental aspirations of Imo people. The statement noted:
“The Union further extends its profound appreciation to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his support and recognition of Imo State’s development drive, and wishes Governor Uzodimma sustained success in his mission to advance the prosperity and unity of Imo people.”
The Union urged leaders across Nigeria to emulate the synergy between the Federal Government and the Imo State Government, stressing that such collaboration is crucial to delivering projects that have lasting impact on citizens.
