Kogi State is currently experiencing a renaissance of governance under the stewardship of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, whose innovative policies are drawing praises from various quarters. Arc Bello Muhammed, the National Secretary of the Not Too Young To Perform (NTYTP), recently highlighted the Governor’s remarkable achievements in an engaging discussion in Abuja.

“Governor Ododo’s administration is a breath of fresh air, bringing forth a wave of digital and inclusive initiatives that have pleasantly surprised us all,” Muhammed remarked.

He added that “His commitment to rehabilitating key infrastructure, particularly roads in both Kogi east and west senatorial districts, reflects his dedication to serving all constituents.”

Muhammed also acknowledged the solid groundwork laid by Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, the preceding Governor, which has enabled Governor Ododo to build upon and amplify Kogi’s developmental trajectory. “We owe a debt of gratitude to Governor Bello for establishing a template that has catapulted our state onto a path of greatness,” he stated.

Emphasizing the importance of youth participation in governance, Muhammed assured that NTYTP is set to partner with administrations that prioritize youth empowerment. “We are committed to fostering youth inclusiveness in nation-building and will support policies that align with this vision,” he confirmed.

He noted that Governor Ododo’s leadership style, characterized by fresh ideas and an idealistic approach to governance, has set a new standard for political leadership in Nigeria.
