Katsina State Deputy Governor Alh Mannir Yakubu led a delegation to condole the Emir of Daura Alh Umar Faruk Umar over the death of his younger brother Alh Abdullahi Umar
Alh Abdullahi Umar died on Saturday as a result of motor accident along Katsina- Daura road at muduru village.
Aged 58 years, he was survived by one wife, 8 children and relatives.
According to a statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Deputy Governor Katsina State, Ibrahim Musa Kallah, the Deputy Governor on his arrival was received by the Emir of Daura Alh Umar Faruk Umar.
Alhaji Mannir Yakubu commiserate with the emir and his immediate family over the death of Alh Abdullahi Umar
He described his death as a great loss not only to the emir, but to the people of katsina State.
Yakubu prayed to Allah to reward the deceased with jannatin firdausi.
Responding the Emir of Daura Alh Umar Faruk Umar thanked the Deputy Governor for the condolence visit.
