Shuaibu Audu Continues to Sustain His Father’s Legacies

…Explains Interest In Providing Water Source to Kogi Residents

The Grand Patron of Shuaibu Abubarkar Audu’s Foundation, Alhaji Shuaibu Audu has promised to sustain the Foundation’s primary objective of providing humanitarian services.

He said his interest providing water source was based on consultations to alleviate the suffering of those who traveled for hours to access water.

He said the motorised borehole can last for forty years if well maintained and emphasized that the state can witnessed sporadic development with the collective efforts of the people.

He urged the citizens to always adopt the principle of “giving back to the society” through self help projects.

In a remark, the traditional ruler in the area, the Oregu Attah Igala, His Royal Majesty, Alhaji Tijani Audu describe water as the source of life and prayed for d success of the foundation.

He recalled the efforts of Late Prince Abubarkar Audu towards infrastructural development of Kogi State and urged the successful individuals to emulate the precepts.

Similarly, the community Chairman, Elder Adejoh Idu assured of proper maintenance of the facility.

Also speaking, a native of the community, Mrs Ladi Ojosegbe expressed happiness over the facility which according to her would safe energy and time.
