Governor Bala Muhammad today supervised the first set of 350 out of 1000 Keke Napep his administration’s promised to provide as an alternative to the recently banned Achaba (Okadas) in the state.
He said his administration is determined to avail the Keke Napep to be shared to the citizens of the state in an effort to ensure sanity, security and betterment of the state and her people.
Governor Bala Mohammed expressed satisfaction with the ways and manner motorists perform their day to day activities adding that his administration will continue to monitor their activities in an effort to strengthen security as well as reviving the state’s economy.
It could be recalled that the governor promised to provide 1000 Keke Napep to Bauchi State some weeks ago during his live broadcast to the state.
Bauchi State Government has banned Achaba activities in it’s effort to curb the spread of Covid 19 after discussing with stakeholders of the state.
